The holy month of Ramzan is here and the first pious soul who comes into picture is you. This post is for you in a hopeless despair. Now I worry for you a lot. Your silence and non-existence in our lives makes me think a lot. What on earth can make the most lively creature around us make him go so silent and that too without a warning.
Some people get along instantly but some friendships develop slowly as a result of mutual admiration for each other. I guess the latter is true in our case. And then gradually you became the guiding force before i could realize. A friend who would lend his patient ears and then come up with wonderful solutions in the most non-assuming manner. You lended your shoulder every time i needed it, and now that i need it the most you are not there for me.
In the coming years people may forget our friendship but they may never know how much you meant to me. I need a good laugh, a good hearty laugh. All my one-liners have dried up. Resurface please and let us be how we used to be.
Morning comes and morning goes with no regret
And evening brings the memories I can't forget
Empty rooms that echo as I climb the stairs
And empty clothes that drape and fall on empty chairs
And I wonder if you know
That I never understood
That although you said you'd go
Until you did I never thought you would
And evening brings the memories I can't forget
Empty rooms that echo as I climb the stairs
And empty clothes that drape and fall on empty chairs
And I wonder if you know
That I never understood
That although you said you'd go
Until you did I never thought you would
Good one! Who is this!!!Is that poem by you!
